The thought of opening up to yet another person, after past letdowns, can feel downright draining. I appreciate your willingness to give me, another person, the chance to support and nurture your healing.

I am not coming into this space presuming to know everything about you; you’re the only expert on your life. I’m here to listen, learn from you, and work collectively to better understand your experiences, worldviews, identities, and sense of safety. I utilize a multicultural and internal family systems therapeutic modality to help you achieve your goal(s). Together, we’ll work to restore your confidence in using coping skills to improve self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and improve your overall mental well-being.

I’m aware there are many things competing for your time. I value offering you a screen or couch to slow down and appreciate the day-to-day nuances as you laugh, cry, grow, and evolve.
